The relationships generated between companies providing services and/or trading durable goods and their consumers are called Consumer Law, regulated by specific legislation.
In Brazil the relationship is applied by Law 8.078/90 and in Portugal it is applied by Law nº 24/96, of 31 July,
Thus, we act to defend the interests of those who constitute us, whether the entrepreneur or the consumer, to defend the rights that are guaranteed and guarantee the application of justice in the specific case.
(William O. Douglas)
Portugal suffers from a huge labor shortage of legalized workers, so there are currently around 300 thousand immigrants waiting in the AIMA queue, a date designation for an analysis interview to grant a residence permit in the country.
Due to legal obligation, it is known that the public administration has a maximum period of up to 90 (ninety) days to analyze an application, however, due to the lack of administrative manpower, this period is often not respected, thus generating great insecurity for the immigrant.
Thus, Dr. Anderson Gama acts in a judicial manner with precautionary measures and with the purpose of enforcing the legal determination of the analysis and concession period.
